Sponsor terms

One bail bond company and one defense law firm per county

Each county has one bail bond spot and one criminal defense law firm spot. While you're a paid sponsor, no other company in your category gets your county.

Monthly sponsors

The county spot is yours as long as you stay paid up.
You or we can end it with 30 days' notice.
If another company in your category offers to prepay 12 months for your county, you get the first chance to match. You have 15 days to match it, or the spot goes to them.

Yearly sponsors (12 months prepaid)

The county spot is yours for the full 12 months.
In month 10, you get a 15-day priority window to renew for the next year. To renew, pay the full next year upfront at a price at least 10% higher than this year.
If you don't renew in that window, the spot opens to other companies during the last 2 months. We take offers, and the best one becomes the sponsor for the next year.
